How we can use meditation to positive effect in our lives?

Everything we do in our daily lives is influenced by our minds including our relations with our family, friends and society. Even our relationship with ourselves is shaped by our mental processes.

Meditation is a way of training our minds to develop the potential we all possess for concentration and relaxation which in turn makes us happier and more at ease with ourselves and other people.

A morning of meditation including breathing and analytical meditation will be held in the Yeats Memorial Building, Sligo. It is suitable for people new to meditation as well as those wishing to deepen their practice.
