This year’s Banquet is to be held on Saturday 5th October. Cost is €50 and is to be held at The Old Ground Hotel, Ennis, Co Clare. It is a five course meal followed by live Entertainment and complimentary glass of Clare wine. All the food used feeding the 250 people attending is sourced, even the salt is made by boiling off Clare sea water and only Clare butter is used in the cooking! Desserts only made using Clare cream, honey, Burren wild hazelnuts, etc.

Special guest this year is Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche, Director of Asral Charity, Mongolia, the charity that receives all the proceeds from the Banquet every year.
