Immerse yourself in the tranquil harmony that yoga and meditation provides here at Jampa Ling. Yoga asanas (exercises) are suitable for all ages and levels of abilities. The introduction to and practice of meditation techniques will ease a stressful life and a busy mind. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and breath awareness will deepen your understanding of body and mind. This gentle and nurturing yoga practice is ideal for everyone.

Yoga styles: Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, movements for body awareness.

Note: starts on Friday evening at 8.30 pm. Booking essential.
