Regular meditation events

Every morning there is a meditation session from 7am – 8.30am, an afternoon session from 4pm – 4.30pm and an evening session from 7pm to 8.15pm. On Monday evenings at 7pm there is a beginner’s guided meditation and on Wednesday evenings at 7pm there is an hour long Mindfulness and Awareness meditation.
