‘Rejoicing accumulates positive energy or positive potential. We can rejoice in all the good deeds done by Buddhas, realised beings, ordinary beings, and other beings, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist. Whenever we see someone doing something positive, instead of reacting with jealousy, rejoice. Rejoicing is an antidote to jealousy.’

The Venerable Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche.
