‘The Tibetan word for enlightenment is chang-chub. Chang means all negative actions and emotions, such as hatred and ignorance, are purified. Chub means all positive qualities, like love, compassion and wisdom, are accumulated. Our minds are naturally pure. We all have the potential to achieve this state in order to benefit all sentient beings.’

The Venerable Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche.
