‘Buddha said if somebody shoots you with an arrow, it’s not useful to focus on what’s happened by trying to find out who shot you, what they do, why did they do it, and so on. It’s better to first try to get the arrow out safely and tend the wound. Similarly when problems arise in our lives, it’s better not to focus on them, thinking this is terrible, oh no, and so on. It’s better to look for a solution to solve the problem.’
The Venerable Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche.
