This year J.P. McMahon, owner of Michelin Star Restaurant ‘Aniar’ in Galway, has kindly agreed to be the main chef at the CLARE HARVEST BANQUET.

The Clare Harvest Banquet  is a five course meal followed by live Entertainment and complimentary glass of Clare Wine. All the food used feeding the 250 people attending is locally sourced––even the salt is made by boiling off Clare sea water, and only Clare butter is used in the cooking! Desserts are made using only Clare cream, honey, Burren wild hazelnuts, etc.

Special guest this year is Ven. Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche, Director of Asral Charity, Mongolia, the charity that receives all the proceeds from the Banquet every year.
