Simple guided meditations covering the basic elements of the practice so that even people who have never meditated before can get an idea of how it is done and what it feels like.
Every Monday evening in Tara House. 7pm – 8pm – everyone welcome.

Interested in doing some gardening? Come and join us in the walled garden on Wednesday mornings at 10.30am and pick up some garden tips.
Please wear suitable clothing. Vegetarian lunch is provided.
You are welcome to stay for the full day. There is a guided meditation at 4pm and soup at 6pm. At 7pm you have a choice between a mindfulness meditation class and an evening chanting practice.
Venerable Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche will give refuge to those wishing to take refuge within the practice of Tibetan Buddhism. Please contact the Centre for an appointment.
