Monday Meditation
Simple guided meditations covering the basic elements of the practice so that even people who have never meditated before can get an idea of how it is done and what it feels like.
Every Monday evening in Tara House. 7pm – 8pm – everyone welcome.
No experience necessary. Donation based.
Wednesday Meditation
An hour long Mindfulness and Awareness Meditation.
Every Wednesday evening in Tara House at 7pm.
Everyone welcome. Donation based.
Saturday Community Gardening
Interested in doing some gardening? Come and join us in the walled garden on Saturday mornings at 10.30am and pick up some garden tips.
Please wear suitable clothing. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available.
Please note our kitchen is temporarily closed due to renovations. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch.

Refuge Ceremony
