TEACHING WEEKEND 4: Powers for Strengthening the Mind, Leading to a Peaceful Death
Rinpoche will teach us how to develop the necessary powers and attitudes both in life and at the moment of death, enabling both to be approached with a peaceful and contented Mind.

Come and celebrate the new year at Jampa Ling. There will be a Smoke Puja, everyone is welcome. Please bring food to share, and your musical instruments and friends.

SPRING RETREAT [Easter Weekend]
This is a silent retreat It is a led retreat using meditations on the teachings given by Ven. Rinpoche during the winter teachings. It is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the teachings and integrate them into our daily lives.
Cost for Spring Residential: (all residential) €275. Please book early, and send a €50 non-refundable deposit when booking. As there is usually a waiting list to participate on this retreat, please inform us in good time if you are unable to attend so we can offer your place to another participant.

Work Weekend in the Garden
The beginning of the year is a very important time in the garden and we invite people to come and offer some help. It is also an opportunity for new people to come and visit the centre. Meals and accommodation are offered in return for help. You are welcome to arrive on the Friday evening.
- Sunday 17th April
A DAY OF SITTING WITH RINPOCHE
This day will be a one-off opportunity to spend time sitting with Rinpoche and receive instruction in the practice of meditation. This is an opportunity for people with experience meditating to deepen their practice or for newer people to get a taste of what meditation is about. Starts at 10:30am.
Cost €45 including Lunch

SILENT MEDITATION WEEKEND
Come and join us for a residential retreat weekend spent in silence. One can do either or both of the days. The weekend can be a time of spiritual renewal. People are free to do meditation from the Buddhist tradition or from their own traditions. There will be time for relaxing and absorbing the peace and quiet of the centre and an option for a discussion on the Saturday evening if people would like this. Suitable for everyone. You are welcome to arrive on the Friday evening if you wish.
10.30am – 4pm each day.
Cost: Residential €160, non Residential €90. One day only €45, including lunch
