Asral NGO’s Hot Meal Project, Ulaanbaatar City
Asral NGO is a non-denominational charity founded by Tibetan Buddhist teacher, the Venerable Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche, in 2001. Its headquarters are situated right next to the ever expanding shanty town area of Ulaanbaatar city. Asral Centre administers educational and health training programmes, the Hot Meal Project and a social work programme, as well as housing the MIM slipper felt-making project.
