Sometimes our motivations for doing things for others may not be completely pure and are mixed with self-cherishing thoughts and expectations like, “If I do this for them, then they’ll do that for me”. Continually check our minds and motivations for all our actions. Slowly overtime our motivations will become more pure.’

We advise you to wear comfortable clothes.  Please sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed or interrupted. You can sit on a chair, a meditation stool, or on a cushion on the floor, whichever is the most comfortable.

This instruction in simple breathing meditation is suitable for beginners and for people with experience in meditation.
